Le poste

A product manager is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of communication and collaboration platforms, including Zoom and omni-channel engagement tools. They work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to deliver new features and integrations, and continually improve platform adoption and user experience. The role requires experience with collaboration, communication, or customer engagement platforms, as well as strong stakeholder and communication skills. Technical understanding of digital experience, automation, and workplace technology is beneficial. The position involves managing partner relationships, shaping product roadmaps, and fostering a user-focused, innovative environment within a tech-driven organisation.
