Le poste
Serve as the first point of contact for customers' banking needs in a 24/7 contact center. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and research accounts using multiple tools to fulfill requests. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify the best solution for each customer, exercising independent judgment when needed. You will manage competing priorities to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality service. Training includes an initial four-week Telephone Customer Service program, followed by ongoing development and campus-based sessions. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required, with a permanent schedule determined during the hiring process.
