Le poste

A dedicated employment law paralegal supports legal teams by handling respondent-focused caseloads involving contentious and non-contentious issues. The role requires preparing case assessments, drafting legal documents, and liaising with clients and tribunals. Responsibilities include attending tribunals, conducting legal research, and organising case files to support legal proceedings efficiently. Candidates should possess at least 12 months' employment law experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and legal systems. The position demands strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality legal service. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000, based on experience, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
