Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will deliver interactive presentations on eco-friendly products and services to customers at on-site locations. You will participate in ongoing sales training and coaching camps weekly, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, mentor teammates, and contribute to team success. Your responsibilities include presenting product value, understanding customer needs, negotiating terms, and driving the sales process from initial contact to close. This is a full-time on-site role with an hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. A BA/BS is preferred; we seek highly developed communication skills, confidence in public speaking, self-motivation, discipline, and a proactive approach to learning.
