Le poste
Join a growing finance team as a Staff Accountant responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Assist with bank reconciliations for all cash accounts and review invoice coding for accuracy.
Support sales tax review and filings in collaboration with third-party tax software and external auditors.
Contribute to period-end closing procedures, financial reporting, and month-end deliverables.
Verify inventory costing, post monthly counts, and reconcile ending inventory balances; manage cost accounting and fixed assets.
Demonstrate solid GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with NetSuite or a similar ERP to support internal controls and compliance.
