The Automation QA Tester role in Wrexham involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using WebdriverIO and other tools for web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work alongside developers and manual testers to create a robust automation framework, integrating results into Jira/Xray and ensuring suite sustainability. Responsibilities include building regression suites, supporting manual testing during high-demand periods, and collaborating across multi-environment landscapes. Essential skills encompass experience with JavaScript automation frameworks, cross-browser testing platforms, and strong manual testing abilities. Additional qualifications preferred include healthcare industry experience, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and scripting in Node.js. The role is based in Wrexham, offering hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite.
