Le poste
Plan, research, and prepare new materials and revisions as a speechwriter and editor for a senior commander.
Research and produce material on topics including reports, articles, general messages, talking points, scripts, and speeches.
Edit texts with command endorsement, manage publications from concept through distribution, and coordinate publishing personnel.
Assist subject-matter experts to meet required publication standards and ensure suitability for traditional and digital formats.
Evaluate news stories and information products to determine appropriate coverage for military and civilian audiences, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Travel may be required; telework is eligible at management discretion; candidate must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
