Lead and evolve AI agent systems at scale, designing reliable, production-grade solutions for enterprise copilots.
Invent and productionize frontier AI architectures (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought) and LLM-powered features.
Leverage data-driven experimentation, offline self-reflection, and privacy-preserving datasets to improve performance and safety.
Collaborate with ML researchers, security, product, UX, and customer success to translate requirements into robust software and tooling.
Mentor engineers, promote best practices in code quality, observability, deployment, and system design.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, shipping incremental wins while staying at the edge of applied AI.
