The position entails driving revenue growth within the aerospace sector by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing transformation projects. Candidates should possess a consultative sales approach, a proven track record in aerospace sales, and excellent communication skills. Technical knowledge of engineering concepts and experience with CRM systems are essential, alongside a proactive and innovative mindset. Industry experience in engineering, manufacturing, or change management is highly desirable, with a strong network within the aerospace sector preferred. The role requires a full UK driving licence and involves engagement with technical and senior stakeholders, working towards expanding market share and delivering high-impact projects.
