Le poste
The Senior ML Engineer will contribute to the AI Platform by building and maintaining core platform components and improving developer experience.
You will focus on one of three tracks: AI Platform Projects, Distributed Inference & Systems Optimization, or Information Retrieval & RAG for Gen AI.
Responsibilities include designing scalable Serving Layer, Model Registry, Pipeline Orchestrator, and Training/Inference control planes.
You will optimize distributed inference for LLMs and large models at scale, applying techniques like continuous batching, speculative decoding, and quantization on GPU architectures.
You will design and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, vector databases, and knowledge graphs to ground Gen AI models and deliver useful services.
Collaboration with data scientists and software engineers, strong ownership, and a focus on high availability and reliable deployments are essential.
