The Business Development Associate drives growth by increasing inbound leads, scheduling qualified owner appointments, and securing new partnerships within the property management sector.
You will generate leads online, optimize rental listings, and pursue FRBO opportunities to expand the pipeline.
Convert calls and emails into appointments, and pre-qualify leads to ensure productive meetings.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to meet and exceed team goals, while following structured scripts for consistent messaging.
Demonstrate high energy, a personable demeanor, and strong closing ability both over the phone and in person.
Engage in daily script training and lead-list optimization to maximize conversion and performance.
