Le poste

The ICT Account Manager role involves acting as a strategic link between business areas and ICT, building strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholders to support technological improvements and transformational change. The individual will lead and develop business cases for ICT investments, collaborate across ICT teams to resolve issues, and advise on current and emerging technologies. The position requires expertise in ICT services, digital transformation, and contract management, with skills in stakeholder management and business partnering. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, organisational abilities, and a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement. This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of technology at Staffordshire County Council.
