The role
The ICT Account Manager role involves acting as a strategic link between business areas and ICT, building strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholders to support technological improvements and transformational change. The individual will lead and develop business cases for ICT investments, collaborate across ICT teams to resolve issues, and advise on current and emerging technologies.
