An HR Manager is required to oversee people, culture, and compliance projects within a multi-site organisation in Rochdale, supporting employee experience and policy development. The role involves coaching managers, handling complex employment relations and legal issues, and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. The successful candidate will have broad generalist HR experience, strong legal knowledge, and a background working with unions. They should excel in stakeholder management, relationship-building, and delivering organisational change outcomes. Flexibility to travel across UK sites is essential, as well as strategic and hands-on HR delivery skills.
