The role
An HR Manager is required to oversee people, culture, and compliance projects within a multi-site organisation in Rochdale, supporting employee experience and policy development. The role involves coaching managers, handling complex employment relations and legal issues, and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. The successful candidate will have broad generalist HR experience, strong legal knowledge, and a background working with unions.
