Transportation Area Manager — Flight Service

Oversee and optimize all campus transportation services, including buses, shuttles, and other modes. Ensure safe, efficient operations; develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality. Supervise a transportation team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Monitor data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities; manage budgets and forecasting. Collaborate with campus departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service for students, faculty, and staff; resolve issues promptly. Maintain records of operations and expenses; conduct audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance. Stay current on industry best practices; foster a customer-centric culture and coordinate transportation for events and special occasions.
