This is a hands-on data science role focused on maximizing recruiting operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Deliver self-service analytics and reporting dashboards to recruiters and leaders to support data-driven staffing decisions.
Contribute to core People Analytics data models, ensuring the underlying data logic is understood and efficiently utilized downstream.
Partner with stakeholders to define recruiting metrics and build KPI dashboards across time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiter performance.
Translate complex cross-functional data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership.
Champion the adoption of new visualization tools (e.g., Hex) and support data governance to ensure reliable, high-quality recruiting data.
