Lead the computer vision and multimodal listing understanding program, shaping investments and roadmap for photo-rich features that enrich guest and host experiences.
Prototype, evaluate, and deploy ML models (including CLIP and ViT), ensuring safety, reliability, and alignment with product goals.
Build causal models to quantify how listing visuals affect search visibility, bookings, and trip quality, and measure impact with experiments.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and design to translate data insights into scalable features and roadmaps.
Develop assessment frameworks to monitor model performance, minimize training/serving skew, and uphold ML best practices.
Lead with strong communication and a learner's mindset toward LLMs and dynamic systems, mentoring teammates and shaping strategy.
