Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within the Southern UK territory across Academic, Government and Healthcare segments.
Manage and nurture key accounts, delivering tailored, consultative solutions that advance customers' scientific goals.
Build lasting relationships by understanding applications and workflows, and by delivering clear, compelling value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions while consistently achieving sales targets.
Engage customers through a mix of on-site visits and virtual interactions, with travel up to 50-75% within the territory.
Requires Life Sciences or related background, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
