Handle 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers, focusing on retention by recommending relevant products and services.
Assess customer needs, present optimal solutions, and drive upsell opportunities while delivering exceptional service.
Efficiently manage time, data entry, and follow-up to ensure smooth interactions and timely issue resolution.
Handle challenging calls gracefully, stay aligned with long-term goals, and maintain a positive customer experience.
This is an on-site, full-time role with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation includes $20.50/hour base with uncapped commission; first-year earnings up to $68k, with potential to earn six figures for top performers and strong growth opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.
