Le poste
An IT Support Technician at this organisation delivers on-site support and manages incidents and service requests following ITIL best practices. The role involves acting as the primary contact for IT issues at West Burton, monitoring network and telecom systems, and supporting Microsoft Office applications and video conference technologies.
