LumiQ is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Toronto to support employee onboarding, offboarding and HR processes that improve employee experience. The role involves managing HR data, maintaining confidentiality and assisting managers with HR inquiries. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in HR or people operations, strong organisational skills and proficiency with HRIS or HR technology.
