A recognised HR professional with CIPD Level 5+ qualifications is required to manage and develop HR functions within a manufacturing or engineering setting. The role involves enhancing recruitment, employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and cultural initiatives to support significant business growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience, a commercial mindset, and an ability to challenge processes and foster change.
