Le poste
You will lead data-driven initiatives to ensure data quality, availability, and depth for CX product decision making.
You will design and validate hypotheses, run A/B tests and cohort analyses with statistical rigor, and automate data workflows and dashboards to monitor results.
You will translate test outcomes into clear business stories and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
You will partner with Product Owners to optimize user experience, define and iterate product KPIs, and drive impact across CX products.
You will utilize SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL, plus data modeling and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to deliver scalable insights.
You will own analytical domains, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, and mentor a small team of analysts as needed.
