This role involves conversing with customers over the phone to enhance their digital experience and offer suitable products without engaging in hard sales. The position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships. Training is provided on products and services, with an emphasis on developing customer rapport. The role offers flexible scheduling, including the option to manage breaks and occasional home working. Duties expand to supporting customers with digital solutions and advising on products aligned with their needs. Technical knowledge of telecommunications and customer service experience are beneficial for success.
