Le poste
Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for your B2B customer portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and premium service from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to orders, products, logistics, pricing policies, and terms & conditions.
Proactively anticipate issues and communicate clearly to prevent disruptions and exceed expectations.
Resolve customer complaints end-to-end, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement effective solutions.
Provide professional phone and email support, maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems, and identify recurring issues for process improvements.
Collaborate across departments to support continuous improvement projects and contribute to the growth of a high-performing customer care function in a fast-paced, international environment.
