Le poste
As Technical Operations Manager for User Billing, you will lead a team of financial data analysts and technical operations specialists delivering accurate, timely billing insights that drive revenue decisions.
You will oversee strategic data analysis, trend identification, research, and visualization delivery across GTM, Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
Own billing operations excellence by establishing quality standards, SLAs, and triage processes to prevent misbilling and manage refunds or clawbacks.
Partner with Finance and Accounting on month-end close, data validation, and audit support to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Drive cross-functional improvements and collaborate with engineering to define solutions that prevent billing anomalies and improve system reliability.
Scale operations globally and foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across US-India teams.
