Le poste
A Customer Account Manager manages a portfolio of commercial clients to maximise sales, retention, volume, and profit margins. The role involves building strong customer relationships through proactive account management and consultative selling, managing inbound enquiries across multiple channels, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development. Negotiating pricing to increase profitability and investigating customer queries and complaints are also key duties. The role requires proven experience in telephone sales, excellent communication skills, and an organised, target-driven approach. Technical skills include strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
