Le poste
The HR Operations Specialist at Couch Heroes will handle core HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. They will coordinate payroll processing, benefits, and leave management, working closely with finance and external providers. The role requires ensuring compliance with UK employment law and international regulations, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting performance and salary reviews. The candidate will manage HR systems and develop processes from scratch to support a growing team. Strong organisational skills, discretion, and experience with HRIS and UK employment law are essential. Industry experience and CIPD qualification are beneficial but not mandatory.
