A senior legal professional is sought to join a UK infrastructure and engineering firm in Leeds to provide legal advice on construction, engineering and commercial matters. The role involves managing contracts across their lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on construction and engineering agreements such as NEC and JCT. The candidate will support operational teams on contractual risks, disputes, and legal compliance, whilst enhancing legal frameworks and processes. Strong stakeholder management and practical legal skills are essential, with experience in contentious matters and contract law preferred.
