Le poste
A Customer Support Specialist is sought to provide assistance to clients, handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and collaborate across departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer enquiries through CRM systems, taking ownership of complaints until resolution, and processing returns and credits. Candidates should possess strong customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and good communication skills. Experience in manufacturing or customer service environments is advantageous. The position is based near Manchester Airport, offering hybrid working with two days in the office each week.
