Le poste
Lead platform-specific social strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to support marketing goals and product launches.
Own publishing cadence and content calendars, brief creative assets, and ensure on-brand, on-time delivery.
Engage the community daily by monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions and responding in a consistent brand voice.
Develop and maintain a tone-of-voice playbook and community guidelines; collaborate with Influencer Manager on creator initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Local Marketing, and Comms to align social with campaigns; surface trends and insights.
Define KPIs, deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, test formats and posting times, and build scalable processes for growth.
