BFB Labs seeks an experienced Lead Game Developer to influence the technical direction of their digital health games, including Lumi Nova. This role involves leading game development on mobile and tablet platforms, managing app store submissions, and collaborating with backend teams on API and data integration. The successful candidate will mentor mid-level developers, enforce coding standards, and optimise app performance across devices. They should possess advanced skills in Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprints, with familiarity in Unity and mobile deployment. A comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and app store policies is essential.
