De functie
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Pro customers, including contractors and builders, through on-site visits, jobsite consultations, and trade show participation.
Deliver customized product recommendations and service solutions to maximize satisfaction and meet strategic business goals.
Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans using CRM insights, market trends, and sales tools.
Utilize consultative selling, pricing strategies, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with district and regional teams to ensure service excellence and seamless product fulfillment; plan 10+ customer visits weekly.
Track sales performance, collect feedback, and report opportunities to internal stakeholders while maintaining a field-based travel schedule.
