Senior ML Engineer

Understand real-world challenges and translate them into machine learning problems, mapping them to appropriate ML paradigms. Define technical requirements including data collection, evaluation metrics, and production serving strategy. Design and implement ML-based solutions that scale and evolve over time to improve search-related outcomes. Analyze data to identify patterns that inform product development. Produce technical reports and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay updated on industry trends, including large language models, vision models, and generative AI. Qualifications: 4+ years of industry impact; Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or related field (or equivalent experience); expertise in AI, ML, DL, and NLP; proficiency in Java and Python.
