De functie
Coordinate project activities for a manufacturing facility with a 25+ member team.
Support the Project Director and Manager by facilitating clear cross-functional communication.
Schedule required meetings, capture notes, and track project assignments.
Update project documentation and prepare concise updates for executive reviews.
Maintain accurate records and assist with other project coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 5+ years as a Project Coordinator in manufacturing; automotive industry experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; onsite, full-time.
