De functie
Act as a player-coach for a team of Tech Ops Payments Analysts, guiding performance through data-driven leadership.
Own weekly ops reviews, translating data into actionable decisions to improve authorization, fraud prevention, and cost management.
Provide mentorship and clear goals, setting expectations to achieve operational objectives and KPI alignment.
Drive process improvements, optimize capacity and scheduling, and ensure team members have skills and resources to excel.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and structured career development, delivering continuous feedback and formal reviews.
Leverage SQL and automation, plus Python when applicable, to empower the team and enhance the user experience.
