Candidates should possess deep technical category experience, particularly in technology, and experience managing complex global projects with Tier 1 suppliers. Strong communication skills across cultures and regions are essential, alongside a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications such as MCIPS are advantageous but not mandatory, requiring at least five years of relevant experience.
