De functie
Line 1: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of personalization solutions for item ranking, sorting, and recommendations.
Line 2: Develop forecasting models using time series and machine learning to capture customer preferences and inform business decisions.
Line 3: Formulate and solve complex optimization problems (linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic) to maximize defined KPIs.
Line 4: Stay up-to-date with the latest personalization research, applying classical approaches when appropriate.
Line 5: Collaborate with product managers, MLOps engineers, and software developers to deliver production-ready, scalable models.
Line 6: Translate business problems into actionable analytics and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
