AI Research Engineer - Reinforcement Learning

You will build, train, and integrate reinforcement learning agents into production-grade systems for autonomous aerial decision-making.
Design and implement multi-agent RL methods, advancing robustness and generalization in real-time environments.
Collaborate across teams to deploy cutting-edge ML/AI into flight-ready platforms, with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and monitoring.
Contribute to the RL stack by benchmarking, re-implementing and extending state-of-the-art approaches for practical robotics challenges.
Write clean, well-tested code in Python and other languages (Rust, Java, C++) and contribute to testing, QA, and deployment pipelines.
Ideal candidates hold a Master in ML or related fields and can communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
