De functie
An experienced awake night care assistant is needed at Frintondene Residential Care Home for Elderly to work independently with eight residents during the night shift. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, ensuring their safety, administering medication, and completing relevant documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised during night hours. The position requires working Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights from 7pm to 7am. Knowledge of medication administration and care procedures is essential, with a focus on maintaining residents' safety and comfort throughout the night.
