De functie
Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR and internal procedures.
Administer attendance, holiday entitlements, sickness absence, and return-to-work documentation.
Support drafting and updating employment contracts, variations, and HR policies.
Manage training records, renewals, and the training matrix; assist with HR systems data entry.
Provide office administration support, act as first point of contact, and help organise employee events.
