De functie
Role overview: This Senior Data Scientist drives data-informed decision-making across the Support Organization by translating business questions into quantitative analyses.
You will build analytical models to detect patterns, anomalies, and root causes (e.g., analyzing ticket data to proactively identify common issues).
You will design and run A/B and other experiments to evaluate AI-enabled solutions and measure impact.
You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data structures and business priorities, and communicate findings via dashboards and memos.
You will leverage SQL, Python or R to shape data, create scalable pipelines, and build a strong product-and-data sense (customer experience, data logging).
Ideal candidates bring an advanced quantitative degree, 8+ years in data roles, and experience with distributed computing and cross-functional partnership.
