De functie
Lead the design, build, and operation of end-to-end data pipelines that ingest, harmonize, and serve healthcare data at scale.
Design and implement robust batch and streaming ETL pipelines using DBT, Airflow, Dagster, Python, and Java.
Leverage Databricks and other big data technologies (Kafka, Spark) to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with product, design, and partner teams to plan deliverables, ensure production readiness, and improve observability.
Develop tooling and processes to make data accessible across products, data consumers, and dashboards.
Build subject-matter expertise on datasets and tooling while embracing a growth mindset and collaborative culture; healthcare data formats (HL7/FHIR) are a plus.
