De functie
Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of firm events—from client programs and CLE sessions to conferences and internal celebrations—through post-event reporting.
Collaborate with Partners, Business Development, Marketing, and Practice Group leadership to design event strategies that support client relationships and firm-wide priorities.
Manage all logistics: venue selection, catering, A/V production, room setup, staffing, travel, and onsite operations.
Lead onsite execution for partners and VIP clients, proactively resolving issues in fast-paced environments to ensure a seamless experience.
Oversee event communications and collateral with internal Creative, Communications, and IT teams to maintain brand standards.
Handle invitations and RSVPs in CRM/EMS systems, track metrics, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts in compliance with firm policies.
