Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models to augment and automate operational workflows in financial crime mitigation, including auto-generation of case comments, red flags, final summaries, and data labeling.
Build production-ready Python services and own end-to-end deployment, balancing speed with code quality to deliver value quickly.
Design human-in-the-loop architectures to ensure AI provides recommendations while human operators retain final decision-making authority.
Establish rigorous testing and governance frameworks (shadow mode, A/B testing) and collaborate with Compliance to meet regulatory standards.
Analyze upstream data to craft proactive strategies that deflect financial crime attempts before they reach operations, reducing manual workload.
