De functie
Line 1: Lead and grow a high-impact data science team (~12+ scientists) focused on multimodal generative AI for content generation (imagery, video, 3D assets) and content intelligence.
Line 2: Develop and operationalize models for AI-generated visuals, AR showrooms, real-time try-ons, and shoppable media experiences.
Line 3: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to translate model capabilities into scalable, real-world user experiences.
Line 4: Define evaluation, experimentation, and performance standards (realism, accuracy, latency, downstream usability) and governance for content quality.
Line 5: Own scientific strategy and influence broader product and platform roadmaps; design hybrid systems combining proprietary development with open-source tools and APIs.
Line 6: Lead external research engagements and vendor partnerships, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with organizational standards.
