De functie
You will design and build the core ML systems behind the next generation of AI agents in production.
Own problem framing, data strategy, and the end-to-end lifecycle from deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement.
Implement and evolve frameworks for LLM-powered agents, including RAG pipelines, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate agents deeply into the platform.
Stay hands-on with emerging agentic architectures while applying engineering judgment to build reliable, explainable systems at global scale.
Lead, mentor, and influence best practices in ML engineering, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
