Candidates should possess advanced Spanish and English speaking abilities, excellent memory, note-taking, and communication skills, and pass a language assessment. Experience in interpretation or language services is advantageous but not essential. The role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and opportunities to develop professional skills in linguistics.
