De functie
Design and update warehouse layouts for new and existing facilities, evaluating automation options and space utilization to improve throughput.
Conduct time studies, productivity analyses, and ROI justifications to support capital investments and staffing decisions.
Develop pricing estimates and cost models for new opportunities in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
Lead process improvements across warehousing and packaging, creating workflow plans and implementation roadmaps with operations leadership.
Manage stakeholders and external vendors, delivering engineered solutions from concept through implementation.
Ensure GMP/safety compliance, maintain KPI dashboards with Excel/SQL/BI tools, and perform on-site work with up to 25-50% travel; relocation to White Haven or Frackville, PA is required.
